2A/3A, How It Looks at Midseason 2025

With Panhandle weaker and Refugio much stronger than we expected in preseason, the Bobcats are now the clear title favorites in 2A2. In their three wins, the bobcats have received strong leadership from Ray Lewis, their new quarterback. Usually in contention, the Mason Punchers are having an off year.

In 2A2, Shiner is the favorite to win the title. Muenster has faltered, but the Hornets still have time to recover.

In 3A1, White Oak is the clear-cut title favorite, with Gatesville striving to challenge.

In 3A2. Canadian remains the favored team; however, if the Tidehaven Tigers continue to improve, the title could be up for grabs.
